Northwest Consulting was founded by Ex-Big Four transactions partners with over 30 years of experience at the intersection of digital technology and commercial strategy. Having spent three years building a $100 million AI-driven M&A software business within a global firm, they recognised the opportunity to deliver the same institutional-grade AI capabilities to businesses with better value.
Our approach is deliberately different from the market. We work on fixed price, fixed scope engagements with defined deployment timelines — typically six to eight weeks from brief to live system. We do not charge for discovery, we do not sell retainers, and we do not overpromise.
